Why do we do what we do?
HR4SMEs was founded on two key beliefs.... firstly that SMEs should have the same opportunity to access state of the art HR tools and services as large corporations - but without the extortionate price tag. Most SMEs struggle to find the time to manage their HR and tend to focus on the transactional aspects of HR, e.g. payroll, record keeping. HR4SMEs provides solutions that reduce the burden of managing people by implementing a framework of HR that transforms the business.
Secondly, HR4SMEs believes that everyone in an organisation should be managed fairly and have an equal opportunity to succeed in their chosen career.
