David Smith is the director of HR4SMEs, established to help small and medium sized enterprises raise the standard of their Human Resources by implementing a framework of HR to minimise risk and maximise sustainability.
With 17 years management experience David has extensive experience in managing professional associations and service based companies where he has worked across human resources, sales, advertising, marketing and customer service functions.
David is a certified member of the HR Coach Network. The HR Coach Network is backed by the HR Research Institute which provides research based solutions to the SME market. David has completed a Masters of Business Administration with a double major in HR Management and Association Management having already completed an undergraduate Degree in Business majoring in Marketing and Corporate Strategy. From an international perspective, David spent 10 years working in the UK and was a qualified Small Firms Enterprise Development Initiative business adviser and completed training to become a qualified assessor for the European Foundation of Quality Management. He also holds a Diploma in Performance Coaching.
